The project is based on the creation of a four-star hotel, operated under the Neya brand, and characterized by environmental, economic and social sustainability, committed to the quality and excellence of services, which results from the recovery of relevant pre-existing historical heritage. The project is developed using the recovery of part of the properties that belonged to the old Monchique Convent, located at Rua de Monchique, on the riverside area of ​​Porto, and covered by the area classified by UNESCO as a Historic Center and World Heritage Site.

A 4-star hotel, with 124 rooms, skybar, restaurant, business center, gym, 4 meeting rooms, SPA, garage, cloister and Church. The Hotel is located next to the river, between the Museum of Port Wine and the building of the Alfândega do Porto, a few meters from each of these buildings.
