The project is based on the creation of a four-star hotel, operated under the NEYA brand, characterized by environmental, economic, and social sustainability, committed to the quality and excellence of services, resulting from the restoration of relevant pre-existing historical heritage. The project is developed using the restoration of part of the properties that belonged to the former Convento de Monchique, located on Rua de Monchique, in the riverside area of Porto, and covered by the area classified by UNESCO as a Historic Centre and World Heritage Site.

A four-star hotel, with 124 accommodation units, a skybar, restaurant, business center, gym, 3 meeting rooms, SPA, garage, cloister and church. The hotel is located near the river, between the Porto Wine Museum and the Alfândega do Porto building, just meters from each of these buildings.
