Please contact reception at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee may be requested.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The hotel offers cribs on request and they are free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>You can request a crib when you make your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum age policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To check-in at the hotel, guests must be at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The policy of unblocking the coffers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The hotel cannot be held responsible for any object or document that has not been left in its care. However, the rooms do have a safe for your personal use during your stay. <\/p>\n<p>In the event of a blockage due to 3 consecutive code errors, the code will remain inaccessible for a period of 30 minutes. However, in an urgent situation, you can contact Reception to carry out an exceptional manual opening, only accessible to authorized personnel. The safe must be opened in the presence of the guest.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minibar consumption policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minibar purchases made during your stay and not reported to reception will be charged to your credit card by the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal data policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The personal data collected is confidential and will not be shared with any other entity. They will only be added to our database for statistical studies of the Hotel and to inform guests of future promotions, events and news. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Telephone call rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>National calls: 0.85\u20ac \/ minute<br \/>\nInternational calls: 2.75\u20ac \/ minute<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>It is non-smoking, but has private areas for this purpose.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BOOKING POLICIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guarantee Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to take advantage of all the services we have at your disposal, we require that you have a valid credit card when you stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nDeposit Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you do not have a credit card available, you may need to pay a deposit to guarantee your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No-Shows Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the first night&#8217;s stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nCancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit cards accepted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>American Express, Visa, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard and others accepted internationally.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>CONSUMER INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Municipal Tourism Tax &#8211; Tourism Development Fund:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Porto City Council and the Hotel Association of Portugal have established a &#8220;Municipal Tourist Tax&#8221; in the form of an &#8220;Overnight Tax&#8221;, effective from January 1, 2019, for tourist resorts in the Municipality of Porto.<\/p>\n<p>Guests over the age of 13 must pay a fee of \u20ac3 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
